Car Rental Refund Policy
- Security deposits are refunded within 5-
10 business days to your account or credit card, provided no tickets have been issued or damages. - A transaction fee will be imposed for international bank refunds, which may vary depending on the customer’s bank and the chose method of refund. (Telegraphic Transfer, Paypal, Wise, W. Union etc.)

We are authorised to charge the renter no more than the amount stated below, regardless of whether the renter is at fault. The renter will only pay for the excess amount rather than the total accident repair cost, and the excess is for the vehicle’s restoration downtime in the workshop.
